             Contact and confirm each of your vendors approximately 10-14 days before your wedding to ensure their commitment, field any questions or concerns regarding the event or venue, and ensure they have the custom timeline

             Full rehearsal coordination; including up to 1.5 hours of service, a ceremony outline sample/assistance, direction for all members of the wedding party and family

             Set up of ceremony and reception; favors, guest book, champagne flutes, cake cutting utensils, unity candles, sand or wine ceremony goods, simple DIY centerpieces, laying out linens from your rental company, placing signage, putting our escort cards or seating chart, etc., including directions and tips for packing these items and getting them to us

             Contact person and manager for all vendors on the day of the event

             Establish vendor set and strike times to ensure they comply with venue rules

             Ensure that your wedding runs smoothly and according to our established timeline; cue couple, DJ, photographer, venue coordinator or banquet manager, and honored guests for each event and formality

             Distribute your final payments and gratuities to vendors on wedding day, when provided/needed

             Greet guests as they arrive and direct them to ceremony/reception

             Fully stocked mobile wedding emergency kit

             Client log-in to our complete wedding planning software, “Aisle Planner”.  I will take care of entering all your vendors, contracts, payments, and your budget for each category.  You will have a section to enter your guest list, seating assignments, food allergies/restrictions, and RSVP’s.  This will also help you manage your payments/due dates and includes a comprehensive and full checklist of tasks and due dates for the entire wedding planning process. 

             Assistance with recommending & selecting a rehearsal dinner and/or after-wedding brunch location

             Assistance with gathering info on, and setting up, a wedding room block{s} for your out of town guests

             Up to 12 hours of service on your wedding day {includes set up of approx. 1-3 hours depending on venue rules, all wedding day, and then approx. 1 hour of strike- all up to your wedding and venue rules}

             Vendor contract reviews and negotiations where appropriate, negotiation consulting {is this price negotiable or not?  is this a “good price”?}

             Up to two additional in-person planning meetings {to be used however you would like, because we are flexible like that}.  One of these may be in Palm Springs if needed- use this meeting to see your venue and offer initial thoughts or ideas, or however else you choose

             Vendor contact and communications when and where necessary- schedule appointments on your behalf, make initial communications, request pricing, let a vendor know when you have chosen someone else, etc.

Whatever your style dilemmas, I can help.

 

             Style consultation via phone or email

             If not already included in your package, this adds a client log-in to our complete wedding planning software where you can easily enter and keep track of your vendors, contracts, guest list, seating assignments, RSVP’s, budget, payments/due dates, shared notes section, etc.  This is where I will create your wedding palette, design, and share ideas.

             Tablescape mockup {or Skype if you live out of town}  with venue and/or linens and/or rentals and/or florist- does not include an additional trip to Palm Springs, but this meeting can be done during one of your other trips

             Unlimited email correspondence regarding the style and/or theme of your event
