●             Wedding Planning Checklist PDF to keep you focused for the year leading up to the wedding. 

●             Primary Coordinator and all necessary Assistant Coordinator{s} for a wedding of up to 175 guests and both ceremony and reception at Paradise Point Resort and Spa

●             Up to 10 hours of service on your wedding day {includes set up of approx. 1-3 hours depending on venue rules, all wedding day, and then approx. 1 hour of strike- all up to your wedding and venue rules}

●             Unlimited {yes, truly unlimited!} email communications with questions on wedding planning, etiquette, vendor needs, etc. 

●             Vendor matchmaking and recommendations for any category or type of vendor you may need- if you can dream it, we can find someone to provide it for you; complete with top-notch customer service & attention to detail

●             Final details and venue walkthrough meeting to discuss floorplan, preliminary timeline, and answer any questions you have {this usually happens about 8 weeks before your wedding}

●             Wedding ceremony processional sample to inform you of all your options when finalizing your wedding ceremony details

●             Full timeline creation; personalized and customized based on your priorities and desires for your wedding day, taking into account all details

●             Contact and confirm each of your vendors approximately 10-14 days before your wedding to ensure their commitment, field any questions or concerns regarding the event or venue, and ensure they have the custom timeline

●             Full rehearsal coordination; including up to 1.5 hours of service, a ceremony outline sample/assistance, direction for all members of the wedding party and family

●             Set up of ceremony and reception; favors, guest book, champagne flutes, cake cutting utensils, unity candles, sand or wine ceremony goods, placing signage, putting our escort cards or seating chart, etc., including directions and tips for packing these items and getting them to us

●             Contact person and manager for all vendors on the day of the event

●             Establish vendor set and strike times to ensure they comply with venue rules

●             Ensure that your wedding runs smoothly and according to our established timeline; cue couple, DJ, photographer, venue coordinator or banquet manager, and honored guests for each event and formality

●             Distribute your final payments and gratuities to vendors on wedding day, when provided/needed

●             Greet guests as they arrive and direct them to ceremony/reception

●             Fully stocked mobile wedding emergency kit

 

Extra fees:

·       Weddings that conclude past midnight regardless of your package- $150/hr past midnight

·       Weddings over the amount of guests listed for the package- $150 per 100 guests over

·       Weddings that need additional hours over the package inclusion- $150/hr
