While I am based out of San Diego, CA, I am pleased to offer destination wedding planning and coordination services, as well as event styling throughout Southern California.

The Base Package is great for the couple looking to hire an experienced, qualified, and professional “week of” or “month of” Wedding Coordinator to set up your venue, keep you on the timeline, manage your vendors, and put out small wedding-day fires that may arise. The Base has been designed to include not only your traditional wedding “day of” assistance, but also some pre-event services such as unlimited email communications leading up to the wedding, custom timeline creation, a venue walk-through meeting, rehearsal coverage, a “tried and true” vendor recommendation list, and more. This package will keep everyone on the same page: you, your family and bridal party, the vendors, and myself.
The Base Package works well for couples who need minimal assistance finalizing all their planned details, and whose main priority is to relax and enjoy their Big Day. The Plus Package is a planning package for those couples who have just gotten engaged, just started to plan their event, have discovered that they need some additional assistance to actually kick start the planning process, or those who are stuck part-way through. Plus is perfect for clients who are simply too busy to plan their entire wedding themselves, but still want a major role in the adventure. It does not matter where you are in the planning process.
This package includes all services listed in The Base Package, plus additional assistance to include budget establishment, personalized vendor recommendations tailored to your budget, a planning checklist, additional wedding day service hours, and more.

Luxe is a comprehensive wedding planning package that is being offered to those clients who want or need full-service assistance with the overall planning and vision for their special event. It is easy to become overwhelmed and stressed when planning a major event like this, and The Luxe Package will ensure that this does not happen, because you will have someone with you for the entire journey. This is a complete luxury wedding planning experience, and includes services from both The Base Package and The Plus Package, as well as inspiration board creation, vendor meetings, assistance with menu selection, budget tracking, and much more. In order to ensure a true full-service experience, we only take 6-10 full service “Luxe” package weddings per year; the rest of our event schedule consists of Base and Plus package weddings.
Yes, but do I really need a Wedding Planner? Can’t my friend just coordinate my day?
A Professional Wedding Planner should be trained and experienced for a multitude of “what if’s”. She should be a creative resource and a sounding board for your ideas. A Wedding Planner should get to know you and find ways to infuse your personality into your wedding. She should be a negotiator, a mediator, an expert on wedding etiquette, owner of a Little Black Book of amazing vendors to refer you to {that she has worked with personally}, carrier of a fabulous emergency kit, and so much more.
A Wedding Planner or Coordinator should be an integral part of your wedding budget, not considered a splurge or an extra expense. I will allow you to completely enjoy the day that you are investing in. So yes, you need a Wedding Planner, and I hope you choose me.
