While I offer three packages that were designed to fit the needs of most couples as I have seen them, custom packages are also available. I take pride in the fact that I offer high quality, experienced coordination at affordable prices.

Confetti Package

Leave it to me.  You've selected all of your vendors. Your invitations are out.  Everything is all set.  You just need someone you can trust to carry out all of the details of your wedding day.  It's time for you to be a bride (or groom!), and your friends and family to be the guests, while everyone enjoys your Big Day.  This is my most basic package, which is strictly Day-of (DOC). This package does not include any pre-wedding planning.  A rehearsal can be added for a nominal fee.  The Confetti package includes:  

• Up to 6 hours of continuous service on your wedding day *set up typically takes 2 hours*
• Venue set up (favors, centerpieces, guest book, champagne flutes, cake cutting utensils, unity candles, sand ceremony goods, etc.).
• Contact person for all vendors on wedding day.
• Make sure that wedding runs according to your established timeline or BEO (timeline creation not included), and cue bride, groom, DJ, and honored guests for each event.
• Distribute final payment and tips to vendors.
• Contact with venue's on-site coordinator to ensure that all parties are in-sync.
• Greet guests as they arrive and direct them to ceremony/reception.
• Ensure that the day runs smoothly.
• Other services as needed per event/venue- TBD

Rehearsal, if purchased separately, includes up to 1.5 hours of service, a ceremony outline, and direction for all members of the bridal party and family.

Cupcakes Package

Maybe you need a bit more than a Day-of Coordinator.  In addition to the services listed in the Confetti package above, The Cupcakes package adds the following:

• 1.5 hour in-person meeting before the wedding.  This meeting is designed to address and alleviate all of your wedding concerns, go over final details, etc. I highly recommend you use this as a venue walk-through!  Ideally, this meeting is scheduled between 4 and 6 weeks before the wedding.
• Up to 1.5 hours of service for your ceremony rehearsal, date must be scheduled at time of contract.
• Up to 8 hours of service on your wedding day
• Personalized and customized timeline created for your wedding day and distributed to necessary vendors
• Contact and confirm all of your vendors the week before your wedding to ensure their commitment
• Return any materials to vendors (such as cake stands to your bakery).  *Rental return expectations must be established at least one week before wedding, up to two separate vendors are accommodated.
• Final vendor recommendations
• Unlimited email and phone contact from the date of booking through your wedding date
• Other services added on a per-wedding basis

The Cupcakes package will ensure that your wedding day, and the remainder of your planning process, is seamless and stress-free.  This package is my most popular, and is a fantastic value.  Confetti AND Cupcakes all around!  

Congrats Package

The Congrats Wedding Planning package is for those brides who want or need a bit more help while planning their wedding.  I can work with every budget, and have relationships with vendors in many price points.  I can and will save you money if that is what you are looking for!  Congrats is perfect for out-of-town couples, those who do not know where to start, or those who are simply too busy to plan their wedding.  Perhaps you just want to be pampered and presented with options.  It does not matter where you are in the planning process- I can step in! 

• All services included in the Confetti AND Cupcakes packages
• Services to being immediately upon contract
• 10 to 12 hours of service on your wedding day
• Unlimited help with all vendor selections, contract negotiations, and reviews
• Guidance in choosing a rehearsal dinner location and hotel room blocks
• Complete theme and budget development, including a budget spreadsheet and inspiration board
• Up to two 1.5 hour, in-person, meetings; including your choice of a venue walk-through, tasting, site visit, etc.
• All vendor contact and communications
• Wedding advice beginning to end from a professional
