start here with rentals, and we can firm things up closer to the wedding:

  • Physical bar - I suggest a 6-8ft bar in each location a bar is needed

  • Bar back table (8ft table + linen of choice)

  • Belly bars (approx. 4 cocktail height tables per 50 guests + linen of choice)

  • Ice chests (2 per 200)

  • Icing tubs (2 per 200)

  • If using a staff-only bartending service, please add or get: 2 knives, 2 cutting boards

  • Guest tables (60" rounds seat 8, 72" rounds seat 10, 8ft banquets and farm tables seat 8-10) + linen of choice if applicable

  • Guest chairs for ceremony and reception (order for 10% OVER guest list for ceremony chairs)

  • DJ table (6ft + linen of choice) for reception area- ask DJ about any others but one is common

  • Market umbrella for DJ and any food set out in sun- think about location and time of year

  • Escort card table (6-8ft + linen of choice)

  • Gift table (6ft + linen of choice)

  • Cake table (36-48” round with linen, OR 4ft banquet table with linen or small farm table) or dessert buffet table (8ft + linen of choice)

  • Scullery tables (3x 6ft tables with poly - cheapest- linen)- this is necessary if you have tabletop rentals that need to be recrated- plates, glasses, flatware, etc.

  • Buffet tables if applicable and/or catering prep tables + linen of choice- see your caterer for requirements

  • Does your caterer require any kitchen rentals such as hot boxes or ovens?

  • Does your venue require lighting (string/market or otherwise) + generator? If so, don’t forget to light up the catering prep area also.

  • Appetizer table if applicable + linen of choice

  • Guest Book or Photobooth table (6 or 8ft or it’s own belly bar)

  • 1 trash can per 50 guests with liner if venue does not supply

  • All applicable FLOOR LENGTH linens

  • Napkins + 10% of guest count to start

  • Flatware + 10% of guest count to start

  • Glassware (tables + 10% and bar if applicable- see me for bar quantities)

  • China (plates/bowls/serving platters if applicable) + 10% of guest count to start

  • Water station table if applicable (6ft table + linen of choice)

  • Heaters (this can be added as we see how the weather shapes up)

  • Do any of your other vendors require anything? Do you have a band who needs a stage? Do you need an arch or chuppah not being supplied by your florist?

  • Small prep canopy for catering
