Hello to my fellow vendors,

Thank you so much for reaching out and expressing interest in working with our team.  At this time, we are very busy prepping for upcoming weddings, and are unable to take calls, Zooms, or coffee dates with vendors who are interested in being on our vendor list.

I am happy to keep your information on file if you’d like to send over a note, and any portfolio info you think is pertinent to my email address courtney.tibbets@gmail.com - please note I always keep these on file, but can’t always take the time to respond in depth depending on the time of year you reach out.

Please include a working link to your website, your IG handle, and current pricing. Please include any specials you’d like to offer our clients.

Currently, I/we do not “cold” recommend vendors we have not worked with in some (any) capacity. 

In order to go on our vendor list, we have to do a wedding or event together, or work together in some way creatively. 

This helps us experience your work, process, and final product, and working together in some way is just the only way that we feel right recommending you and your services to our clients.

If you’d like to work with our team, we’d love to be recommended to your corporate or wedding clients, or go on your vendor list to get an event together on the books. 

Other than that, if you have any ideas of ways we can work together creatively aside from “wedding styled shoots”, feel free to reach out and let me know how we can experience your services.
